Ray Duffey We feel quite lucky that Ray rode up on his bicycle one fateful morning "looking for work", as he brings a skilled and artistic background with him. Ray graduated from The School of Design at North Carolina State University, and spent 6 years as a artist member of the Ant Farm focusing on letter press printing and woodcut printmaking. When he found himself in Nebraska (his wife entered Master of Fine Arts Program in ceramics at the University of Nebraska) he worked for a custom furniture and cabinet maker and must have decided he liked it! Ray has a solid command of the demands of each project; his work is precise and his attention to detail is sharp -as are his rhythmic capabilities for which he reserves his Fridays. Ray is also a drummer well known around and about town. |

Charles Holmstrom It seems quite natural for Charles to ponder and make tangible what to most might seem abstract. When he first joined Eidolon Designs in 2004, he came on as a temporary employee. One of his first directives was to "make himself indispensable" which he did so quickly that within weeks he was a permanent, full-fledged member of our team. Growing up in Rockford, Illinois, Charles worked closely with his mother who dealt in antiques, and his interest in wood and fabrication techniques was piqued. He went on to apprentice as a furniture finisher, and has remained in the industry ever since. Continuing to grow in his experience, capability, and expertise, Charles is always ready for the next challenge. |

Missy Meet our studio mascot. Being part boxer and part bulldog, Missy does her best greeting customers with a full body shake. Additionally, she's been known to assist the artisans with quality control and they know they can't get past her paw of inspection. Missy's apptitude for playing far outweighs any seriousness the artisans display in her midst. Her penchant for fetching can be demanding but they oblige. |
